The Antitrust Authority has taken a precautionary measure against the companies Tomorrowland and Pet Clan, preventing them from operating through the domains Bancodellasalute.it and Officinalia.com. This measure was taken to ensure consumer protection and fair competition in the market.
The Antitrust Authority’s intervention followed numerous complaints from consumers who had purchased products from these websites but had not received what they paid for, a refund, or the necessary assistance. This behavior is not only a violation of consumers’ rights but also undermines the company’s reputation.
For this reason, the AGCM launched an investigation on Feb. 15 and took a precautionary measure to immediately suspend the illegal activities, including the non-delivery of products and the failure to provide assistance or refunds to consumers. In addition, the Antitrust Authority ordered the closure of the two sites as they were instrumental in the illegal conduct.
