This is an unprecedented initiative in Italy, opening up new prospects for the market.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What makes this transaction particularly innovative is its cross-border nature: the securitized receivables derive from compensation claims for competition violations that will be enforced in Germany.
