The app seems to have not taken the necessary precautions to prevent the sharing of potentially misleading content on Instagram, thus violating its own professional guidelines and policies.<\/p>\n<p>From the analysis conducted, it seems that images and videos of places such as restaurants, spas, and hotels are being shared, with which the influencer in question may have commercial relationships, without clearly declaring the promotional nature of such content. Furthermore, this influencer has a significant following of approximately 2 million followers, but it appears that most of these followers are not authentic.<\/p>\n<p>The platform does not seem to provide adequate information on the existence and proper use of tools to identify sponsored content and does not effectively control how these tools are utilized, especially for promotional content posted by extremely popular influencers.
